Lynda is a Senior Associate solicitor in the Charities team. She specialises in advising churches and Christian organisations on charity law matters, including advice on governance and constitutional issues, Charity Commission requirements, trustee duties and how churches can become CIOs.
Lynda trained as a solicitor with city law firm, Allen & Overy, and worked there after qualification as an employment lawyer. Most recently, Lynda has worked for Tearfund, a Christian charity, leading its UK trusts and foundations fundraising team. She is delighted to be able to combine her experience as a solicitor and her charity experience at Edward Connor Solicitors and to work with clients who share her faith.
Lynda lives in south-west London with her husband and children. They are part of the church family at St Michael’s Fulwell.
