Thomas is a Senior Associate on our Property team.
Thomas joined our team in 2022. Before that, he trained and then worked in the commercial property team at national firm Womble Bond Dickinson with a particular focus on development work but having accrued experience across the full range of typical commercial property transactions.
His clients have included a significant number of regional and national charities, alongside private corporations and public bodies, and he looks forward to utilising as well as building on his expertise advising charities on real estate matters at Edward Connor. Thomas is Edward Connor’s Compliance Officers for Legal Practice (COLP).
He lives in Sunderland where he is a member and trustee of an FIEC-affiliated local church.
