Consultant (Property)
- Richard joined ECS in March 2025 after approximately 20 years’ practice in commercial firms, mostly in London but also in Singapore. He trained with Stephenson Harwood in London and Singapore and was more recently a partner in the London office of an international law firm. He read Chinese as an undergraduate and speaks Mandarin, having spent a number of years living and working in Chinese speaking parts of the world.
- Richard advises on all aspects of property law, including sales and purchases, leases, development and investment. He divides his time between London and Cheltenham, where he is a member of a local church.
