Finance Director
Neil is an experienced finance leader with over two decades of senior accountancy practice and governance experience. Before joining Edward Connor Solicitors, he served as a director and partner in several accountancy practices and has chaired Audit & Risk Committees for multiple housing associations.
He is a Fellow of both the ICAEW and ACCA and brings extensive expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and charity accounting.
Neil is passionate about supporting gospel‑centred organisations and is committed to servant‑hearted, biblically shaped leadership. He worships at Bethel Baptist Church in Bridgend, where he lives with his family.
