Projects have included leading a major corporate programme for the Royal British Legion to transform how it manages more than 700 charitable trusts, both as a consultant then head of a new department. Lynn is a lay member of the Charity Law Association and was a member of its working party responding to proposed technical changes to charity law. In Autumn 2021 Lynn completed an MSc in Voluntary Sector Management with distinction at Bayes Business School.
Outside of work, Lynn is a deacon of a small Baptist Church in Haringey, North London and a charity trustee of BMS World Mission and Mill Grove Christian Charitable Trust.
