Mark advises Christian organisations and churches on all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, data protection and human rights issues.

He joined Edward Connor from a top 75 solicitor’s firm, covering 27 offices as Head of Employment. Career highlights include: representing all UK employers at the ILO for 3 years; conducting cases at the Supreme Court and European Court of Human Rights; giving evidence to Parliament and numerous briefings to the members of both the House of Lords and House of Commons. He has been involved in many of the key employment cases impacting Christians.

A former chairman of the Lawyers Christian Fellowship, he continues to serve on the board for a number of organisations and within various ministry streams at his church in Surrey.
