What’s been your journey to ECS and why did you join ECS?
I was born into a Christian family as my late grandfather was an Anglican Church priest. Although faith has always been part of my life, it wasn’t until November 2016 that I became born again. Since then, I’ve been keen about using my talents and skills to serve both God and mankind. As a dual qualified solicitor, I’ve built a strong foundation in real estate law and have had the privilege of working with various organisations. But what drew me to ECS was the opportunity to work in a niche area of legal practice—one that is both challenging and deeply meaningful. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about using my legal expertise to support ministries that are doing important Kingdom work. So, when I saw the opening for a property solicitor at ECS, it just felt right. It wasn’t just another job opportunity; it was a calling that aligned with my heart and my purpose.
What are you most excited about your work here?
As a member of the sub-committee involved in my church’s purchase of their property, I understand first-hand how complex property transactions can be for churches and faith-based organisations. I am passionate about helping them navigate this complex yet important journey. What excites me most about working at ECS is the chance to combine my professional experience with my personal mission. For me, it’s a double win: I get to do the legal work I enjoy, while also supporting churches and ministries in a tangible way. I couldn’t ask for a better alignment between my career and my calling.
What can we be praying for you as you start?
Please pray that I settle in well and quickly become a valued asset to my colleagues, the firm and our clients in general.
