Many churches see the relationship between the church and their leadership as not one of an earthly employment contract but rather a spiritual calling in service to God not man, following the models of Ephesians 4 and 1 Corinthians 12. For such churches it is more appropriate for the leader to be an office-holder rather than an employee. This pack is a single use licence and must not therefore be shared outside of your organisation.
