Property Lawyer

We are looking for a property lawyer to join our existing team, working alongside other Christian solicitors at the top of their field. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about using their legal expertise to help Christian organisations and churches be more effective in serving Christ

This could be a full or part-time position, based either in our Market Harborough office in Leicestershire or in Old Street, London. You will work closely with other members of the property team, as well as liaising with our charity law team.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 2 years’ PQE in commercial and residential property law. Experience of charity law would be highly beneficial, but training can be provided in this area. The ideal candidate will also have a good general understanding of the legal issues that Christian organisations and churches are likely to face.

Senior Charity Lawyer

We are looking for a senior charity lawyer to join our existing team. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about using their legal expertise to help Christian organisations be more effective in serving Christ.

This is a full-time position based either in Old Street, London, or in our Market Harborough office in Leicestershire (with occasional travel between the two
offices). It would suit a qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE who has expertise in providing charity law advice to clients or in acting as an in-house adviser to charities. You will supervise some other members of the team, and will report directly to the head of the charity team.

The ideal candidate will have a good general understanding of the kinds of legal issues that Christian organisations and churches are likely to face, and also some experience of supervising or mentoring others.
